Dream of running a marathon… or maybe an ultra-marathon? How about racing a road or mountain bike triathlon? Or maybe you just want to try your first 20/30K trail race?

Whatever your performance goals… Bree will coach you through your event. Clients will meet once a week for outdoor sessions and receive weekly workouts to execute on their own.

For those with limited training schedules, on-line coaching is also available.

All athletes will be entitled to a number of special discounts by a network of fitness professionals in the local Bay area.
