Things are moving quickly in The Ms. Health and Fitness 2026 competition, and I’m so grateful to share that I’ve advanced to the next round! With the Top 10 announcement coming up this week, the excitement is building — and it’s all because of your incredible support.
This competition has already been an amazing experience, not just personally, but because of the greater impact behind it. The Ms. Health and Fitness is about more than physical strength. It’s about resilience, discipline, purpose, and community. Most importantly, it supports a powerful mission through the Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation, also known as B+Positive.org.
The B+ Foundation provides financial assistance and emotional support to families of children battling cancer. When a child receives a cancer diagnosis, the emotional toll is overwhelming — but the financial burden can be just as heavy. B+ steps in to help relieve that pressure so families can focus on what matters most: their child’s health and healing. Knowing this competition helps fuel that mission makes every vote meaningful.
In my contest responses, I shared that health is about far more than workouts or physical goals. It’s about mindset. It’s about faith. It’s about gratitude even in difficult seasons. Growth rarely happens in comfort zones, and this journey has pushed me in the best ways. Competing has strengthened not only my physical discipline but also my mental resilience and sense of purpose.
Another layer that makes this experience especially meaningful to me is my personal decision to donate to the Bay Area Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). FCA pours into coaches and athletes, helping develop leadership, integrity, and faith through sports. Investing in young people and building strong character in the next generation is something I deeply believe in.
Because of that commitment, this competition has the opportunity to create impact in two ways. Advancing in The Ms. Health and Fitness Competition supports the B+ Foundation and families navigating childhood cancer. At the same time, my personal giving supports the Bay Area Fellowship of Christian Athletes. No matter how far this journey goes, the outcome will reach beyond me.
And right now, momentum matters more than ever.
Voting is live, and you can vote once per day for free. Additional votes can be made through donations, which go directly to support the B+ Foundation. With the Top 10 announcement coming soon, every daily vote truly counts.
Advancing to the next round is such an honor, but this stage is critical. The competition tightens with each round, and consistent support makes all the difference. If you’ve already voted — thank you. If you’ve been meaning to vote — now is the perfect time.
What I’ve loved most about this journey is the reminder that strength is built in community. It’s built when people rally together. It’s built when we use opportunities to lift others up. Whether this path leads to the Top 10 or beyond, I’m proud to represent something bigger than a title.
I’m grateful for every message, every share, every prayer, and every vote. Let’s continue pushing forward together and see how far we can take this.
You can vote daily while voting remains open — and each vote helps create real impact.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
