I had a dream to combine my love of running with my passion for the great outdoors for many years. I dabbled in trail running but never knew how to get my fitness to a level that could sustain the effort to complete ultramarathon distances.
Bree’s expertise not only in ultrarunning, but in physiology, nutrition, and mental discipline has provided everything I need to accomplish my goal. Over the past 4 years, I have progressively increased distances from 10K to 100K and have had some incredible experiences in remote places as well as achieving my bucket list goal of qualifying for and completing the Boston Marathon.
Turning age 60 this year, I have set my sights on my first 100 mile trail run which I feel certain to succeed at with Bree’s thoughtful, thorough approach to training. Every workout is a new challenge leading to higher levels of flexibility, strength, endurance and performance. I feel I am in the best shape of my life.
I am impressed with the care she takes with her clients as individuals – developing tailored plans to reach specific goals and providing the cheerful motivation to meet them.
